I design the systems large organisations run on.
Twelve years in UX, the last seven leading design at EY FCUX, EY India’s design practice. I have led teams of up to twenty designers across government services, banking and supply chain programmes.

→About
I care whether people use what we ship, not how many screens we made.
I lead the design team at EY FCUX, EY India’s design practice. I joined as a designer at Fortune Cookie UX, led the studio’s integration into EY after the acquisition, and have since managed up to twenty direct reports inside a practice of eighty.
My work runs to the parts of an organisation that are hard to see: the portal a whole country files through, the dashboard a supply chain is actually run from, the internal tool nobody outside the company will ever praise. Those problems are large, constrained and political, and the people using them have no choice, which raises the stakes on getting them right.
